Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of landscapers to deliver high-quality results

• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to crew members

• Execute landscaping projects efficiently and with attention to detail

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years minimum experience in Lawn & Maintenance, Landscaping, green experience in plants and property maintenance.

• Valid driver's license recommended• Authorized to work in the USA

• Live within 30 minutes of our office
